Clear View Construction is owned and managed by the happily married duo of Karl Deede and Erica Swedberg. Karl is a seasoned builder whose eye for detail and dedication to green building drives his passion for constant improvement. He has always been fascinated with understanding how things work, and why things are the way they are. He has a natural gift for solving challenges and the focus and dedication to accomplish large tasks. After working through the ranks at several successful contracting companies, Karl founded Clear View in 2011 to determine his own path. He places great emphasis on clear communication with both his crew and his customers, and loves to laugh and speak from his truth. His experience working on houseboats has created a sharp eye for making your space, no matter the size, as functional and beautiful as possible. This experience combined with a background in residential renovation and remodel has developed Karl into a seasoned general contractor with a passion for sustainability, organization, and satisfying even the most discriminating customers.

 

Erica Swedberg has a background as an RN and now manages the office for CVC while maintaining a loving and healthy home. A master multi-tasker and clear thinker, she wears many hats, and has a passion for responsible and sustainable living.
